    How Does Dynamic Number Insertion (DNI) Work?


    To get the most from the WhatConverts Call Tracking feature, you will need to use Dynamic Number Insertion.

    For call tracking to work, we have to dynamically swap telephone numbers on your website. After assigning tracking numbers to specific marketing sources, we swap out and display tracking numbers based on the marketing source of a visitor.
